Sandra Sue Harr, of Clearfield, passed away Monday, December 19, 2016, at her residence. Born June 5, 1949, in Morehead, she was a daughter of the late Emery and Thelma Skaggs Harr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin brother Randy Harr; a sister, Francis Harr; and brothers, Richard, Vernon, Billy, and Mike Harr. Sue is survived by four brothers, Harold (Terry) Harr and Daniel (Linda) Harr, all of Stuart, Florida, Paul Harr of Bryan, Ohio, and Dennis (Helen) Harr of Stryker, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Sue retired as a custodian at the Rowan County High School and was of the Church of God faith. She loved watching the U. K. Wildcats and spending time with those important in her life. She loved her family and wanted everyone to come visit her in Kentucky. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, December 23, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. David Starcher officiating. Burial will follow in Skaggs Harr Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
