Ryder Lee Garris, two-year-old son of Sophia Marie Isch of Morehead, Kentucky, and Tommy Lee Garris of Olive Hill, Kentucky, was born June 10, 2009, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky, and passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Besides his parents, Ryder is also survived by one sister, Savannah Cogar of Morehead, Kentucky, maternal grandparents, Anita Harris of Morehead, Kentucky, and Clifford (Doug) Isch of Mansfield, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Tex Garris and his wife Jody of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and Juanita Arthurs Garris of Morehead, Kentucky; maternal great grandmother, Minnie Glover Harris of Morehead, Kentucky; paternal great grandmother, Opal Arthurs of Olive Hill, Kentucky; several aunts and uncles including Carrie Garris, Aubrey Baker, Robbie Garris, and Christopher Garris; as well as many cousins and other family members. Ryder was preceded in death by maternal great grandfather, Jack Harris, and paternal great grandparents Dewey and Della Garris, and Tommy Arthurs. Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Ronald Logan officiating. Honey Baker will provide the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Garris Cemetery in Elliott County, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Tex Garris, Robbie Garris, Tommy Garris, and Doug Isch.
