Ryan Joe Brown, beloved son of Nicklous Ryan Brown and Kayla Sue Carter of Morehead, Kentucky, joined the Heavenly Angels at birth on March 4, 2011, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Besides his parents, he is survived by paternal grandparents, Danny Brown and Rita Fultz Blevins and Windell Blevins of Morehead; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Valerie Thomas Plank of Morehead and Mylinda Carter of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, and Mary Pennington Conn of Carter County, Kentucky; paternal great grandparents, Kenny and Juanita Oakley Fultz of Morehead; and maternal great grandparents, Sylvia -Kitty- Thomas of Morehead. Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at the Oakley Cemetery on Open Fork Road with Brother Don Rivers and Jack Pennington officiating.
