Ruth Ellen Fulton Flora, age 64, of Secrest Crossing, Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Hospice of Hope in Maysville. Born September 16, 1949, in Cynthiana, she is the daughter of Ruth Crain Fulton of Flemingsburg and the late Alex Henry Fulton. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Lynda Fannin, and one grandson, James Eubanks III. Ruth's husband, Jerry Flora, passed away in 2004. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, James Eubanks II and wife Valerie of Flemingsburg; two daughters, Genevieve Wallingford and husband Martin of Tollesboro and Laura Story and husband Jason of Tilton; two grandsons, Jamie Eubanks and Wesley Wallingford; and three granddaughters, Ashley Wallingford, McKala Wallingford, and Alexis Story. Other survivors include three sisters, Roberta Eubanks of Flemingsburg, Eda Vice of Flemingsburg, and Martha Fulton of Morehead, and several nieces and nephews. Ruth was the former manager of Morehead Cleaners and a member of the Methodist Church. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother who will be sadly missed. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at the Hutton Funeral Home with Brother Tim Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
