Rose Anna Vance Dempsey, age 67, of Brownstown, Michigan, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016, at Angela Hospice in Livonia, Michigan. Born September 8, 1948, in Wyandotte, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred Goodpaster Vance. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Junior and Tommy. Her beloved husband, Kenneth William Dempsey, passed away October 20, 1993. Survivors include her devoted daughter, Georgiana Vitale of Brownstown, Michigan; dear grandchild, Vincenzo; siblings, Everett, Cecil, and Susan; and nieces and nephews. Graveside services and interment will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the Lambert-Vance Cemetery, Lower Oak Grove Road, Morehead, Kentucky, with A. J. Williamson officiating.
