Ronnie Blake Owens, age 57, of Rawcel Heights, Morehead, passed away Monday, April 13, 2020, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

Born November 24, 1962, in Mansfield, Ohio, he was a son of the late Harry Blake and Mary M. Hall Owens.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son, Josh Owens, one brother, Willey Owens, and one sister, Loretta Owens.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Sally Tackett Owens, whom he wed September 12, 2006; two sons, Ronnie Owens of Columbus, Ohio, and Dylan Owens (Brittany) of Mansfield, Ohio; one stepson, Paul Tackett and daughter-in-law, Peggy Sue Tackett of West Liberty; two brothers, Walley Owens and Harry "Sonny" Owens, both of Shelby, Ohio, and James "Jim" Owens of Mansfield, Ohio; six sisters, Jenny Rose of Mansfield, Ohio, Debara Ernst, Chaney Prosser, Juanita Sprowls and Rose Day, all of Galion, Ohio, and Linda Zickefoose of Loundonville, Ohio; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Ronnie moved to Rowan County about 17 years ago and was a former press operator at SRG Global.  He was a huge NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

At Ronnie's request, no services will be held.
