Ronnia Clevenger Blevins, age 71, of 77 Spring Street South, Morehead, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 6, 2026, at her home.
Born February 21, 1955, in Carter County, she was the daughter of the late Roger Allen and Ivory Carter Clevenger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Randall Dee “Randy” Blevins; three sisters, Joyce Varney, Bonnie Conn, and Wanda Faye Sagraves; and two special dogs, Sam and Gracie.
Ronnia is survived by her devoted son, Scott Porter; and her very special granddaughter, McKenzie Porter, both of Morehead; three sisters, Pam Bickel of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Reda Oney Kegley (Donnie) of Morehead, and Sharon Kegley (Jack) of Paris; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
Ronnia retired from the Morehead Clinic after 31 years of dedicated service as the insurance business manager. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister who cherished her family greatly. Ronnia was a member of Family of God Baptist Church and especially enjoyed listening to the Ole Stump Kickers when they came to perform. She also enjoyed working in her flowers, caring for her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and attending church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bobby Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in Stevens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Scott Porter, Bobby Tackett, Wade O'Connor, Michael O'Connor, Danny Hamilton, Jamie Stidham, and Joe Carnes.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
