Ronald Olin "Bub" Skaggs, age 65, of U.S. 60 East, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born May 8, 1952, in Wyandotte, Michigan, he is the son of Thelma Jean Stevens Skaggs of Morehead and the late Olin Skaggs. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Kathryn Kees on May 20, 2013. In addition to his mother, Ronald is survived by one sister, Theresa Debellefeuille and husband Joe of Morehead; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and beloved great nieces and nephews. Bub attended Pathways Workshop in Morehead for more than 25 years, was a man of many talents, and was an excellent artist. He was also an avid collector of super hero comic books, loved playing the lottery, and enjoyed all kinds of music, especially Rock and Roll. A celebration of life will be conducted 5 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel by his family and friends. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
