Roger Lee Griffith, age 66, of Green Valley Acres, Morehead, passed away July 25, 2014, at his home. He was born November 15, 1947, at Biggs, in Pike County a son of the late Arnold and Hazel Fife Griffith. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Genetta Ruth, and at birth, twins Dexter and Alice. Survivors include one brother, Tommy Griffith and his wife, Neva and three sisters, Juanita Hall, Joyce Anne Meade and her husband Chuck, and Sandra Wilson and her husband Dwain, all of Morehead, Kentucky; four nieces and nephews, Sherri Brooks, Mea Griffith, Soni Griffith Lytle and Steven Dwayne Wilson; and three great nieces and nephews, Noelle Tucker, David Thomas Saxon, and Emily Jane Wilson. At his request, private services will be conducted at Brown Cemetery with full military honors conducted by Morehead American Legion Post No. 126.
