Robin Brickey, age 45, of Louisville, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Louisville. Born April 25, 1969, in Sandy Hook, she is the daughter of Jaunita Carroll of Sandy Hook and the late Sammie Brickey. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gregory Dale Brickey, and a sister, Leshia Mae Brickey Burton. In addition to her mother, Robin is survived by two daughters, Bethany Chanel Thompson of Shelbyville and Emily Ashlyn Brickey-Ong and Jake Boniakowski of Louisville, and one grandson, Isaiah Matthew Thompson. Other survivors include her brothers and sisters, Bonnie (Jamie) Sontoyo of Sandy Hook, Teresa Brickey of Morehead, Karen Brickey of Ft. Myers, Florida, Elizabeth (Dale) Holbrook of Sandy Hook, Rockie (Thelma) Brickey of Sandy Hook, Glorita Brickey of England, Lori (Chris) Hampton of Morgantown, West Virginia, Sammiela (Michael) Dickerson of Sandy Hook, Jolena (Brian) Kiser of Olive Hill, Adam (Carolyn) Sparks of Sandy Hook, Preston (Kristen) Carroll of Sandy Hook; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
