Ricky D. Little, 61, of Cranston Road, Morehead, was born June 26, 1957, in Morehead and passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019, at St. Claire Health Care in Morehead. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Essie Plank Little; one brother, Aubrey Little; and two sisters, Lucille Kinder and an infant sister. Ricky leaves behind his wife, Connie Ball Little; one daughter, Amber Little (Jon Collins) of Morehead; two grandchildren, Cameron and Caylee Collins; one honorary grandson, Donovan Salyer; seven sisters, Geraldine Kelsey ("Butch") of Morehead, Judy Gulley (Jack) of Morehead, Pauline Pugh of Milton, Indiana, Evaline Caudill of Morehead, Essie Mae Rose (Clinton) of Haldeman, Patty Ann Caudill of Hillsboro, and Diane Wolfenbarger (Rick) of Morehead; three brothers, Vernon Little (Katie) of Muncie, Indiana, Sammy Caudill (Susie) of Wallingford, and Gene Caudill of Morehead; one sister-in-law, Eva Jane Little of Morehead; one brother-in-law, Danny Kinder of Morehead; many nieces and nephews; and one very special friend and honorary son, Richard Spivey (Mona). He was a carpenter for many years, worked in the log woods, and delivered the Lexington-Herald newspaper. Ricky enjoyed antiquing, being with family and friends, and spending time with his grandchildren more than anything. He was of the Christian faith. A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Bro. Butch Kelsey and Bro. Jack Gulley officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Caudill Cemetery on Cranston Road. Pallbearers: Richard Spivey, Donovan Salyer, Curt Conn, Carl Prust, Cody Mason, and Jacob Ball.
