Richard Scott Toy, age 56, of Skaggs Lane, Hillsboro, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013, at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. He was born September 25, 1957, in Fleming County, a son of the late Ervin Toy and Betty Ross LaForce. Richard is survived by his wife, Pamela Irene McClurg Toy; one brother, Larry Allen Toy of Springfield, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews. Richard was a construction worker. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tom Redmon officiating.
