Richard Joseph Baker, age 83, of West First Street, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Friday, December 16, 2022, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

Born January 26, 1939, in Poland, he was the son of the late Stanley and Hariett Piecz. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Edward Piecz.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Trent Baker, whom he wed July 18, 1992, and two sons, Chris (Brooke) Baker and Keith Baker, all of Morehead, as well as other relatives and friends who will miss him greatly.

Richard was a former truck driver.  He loved to read and enjoyed watching the news and NFL football.

In fulfilling his wishes, no services are planned.
