Rella Rowe Younger, age 90, of Big Brushy Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born September 22, 1922, in Magoffin County, Kentucky, Rella was the daughter of the late Warren and Golda McGuire Rowe. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Dennie Darrell Rowe; one niece, Margie Rowe; and one nephew, Dennie Darrell Rowe, Jr. Rella's husband, Charles Raymond Younger, passed away March 12, 2007. Rella lived more than 30 years in Baltimore, Maryland. She and Charles returned to Kentucky to help care for her mother, and they enjoyed farming, raising farm animals, and visiting area yard sales. She is survived by nieces Barbara Neswander of Seminole, Florida, and Joann Schaffer and Denise Schmidt, both of Baltimore, Maryland. She also leaves behind devoted caregivers. Funeral services will be conducted 4 p.m. Monday, July 15, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Kenny Fouch officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Keith McGuire, Nick Pecco, Nathan Pecco, Shawn Adkins, Ray White, and John Northcutt. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, July 15, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
