Regina Ann Henderson Blake, age 43, of Perry Street, Morehead, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at St. Claire HealthCare following a brief illness.

Born July 25, 1976, in Morehead, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Henderson and Judy Brown Henderson Parks.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Rachel and Michael.

Regina is survived by her husband, Charles Allen Blake, whom she married August 1, 2018; two daughters, Haley Henderson of Morehead and Sabrina Snapp of Wolfe County; two sons, Cody Henderson of Breathitt County and Noah Henderson of Morehead; two sisters, Missy Wilson and Bonnie Dunn, both of Morehead; and four brothers, Daniel Parks, Roman Parks, and Jason Henderson, all of Wolfe County, and Jerry Henderson of Louisville.

Regina was a loving wife, mother, sister and best friend who will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
