Ralph L. Terry, age 61, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.

Born April 11, 1964, in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, he is the son of Pauline Puckett Terry Brewster of Winchester, Kentucky, and the late Bobby Willis Terry.

In addition to his mother, Ralph is survived by two sisters, Tonui S. Fraley and husband Cecil and Lesa B. Cundiff, all of Morehead, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, extended family and special friends including Tracy Wilson, Karri Doneghy, Sandra Price, and Sarah Lyon.

Ralph was a former anesthesia technician at St. Joseph Hospital and attended Immanual Baptist Church.

On Friday, November 14, 2025, at 3 p.m., family and friends will gather at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead and proceed to the Trumbo Hill Cemetery in Carter County for a graveside service beginning at 4 p.m. with Pastor Roy Lands officiating.
