Ralph Parker Bell, age 60, of Highway 706, West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at his residence. He was born April 20, 1948, in Covington, Kentucky, and is the son of Julia Pearl Harrington Bell Brothers of Lexington, Kentucky, and the late Johnnie Parker Bell. His stepfather, Jimmy Brothers, also preceded him in death. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Fannie Margaret Hutchinson Bell; two sons, Christopher Jaray Bell of Brewton, Alabama, and Stephen A. Bell of Mooresville, North Carolina; one daughter, Amber Williams and husband Andrew of Newland, North Carolina; one step daughter, Rana Michelle Benson of Morehead, Kentucky; two sisters, Clara Jean Baker of Greenville, Indiana, and Elizabeth Catherine Dennis of Lexington, Kentucky; and five grandchildren. Mr. Bell was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a self-employed computer specialist. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed being in the mountains, hunting and fishing. Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Funeral: Private service.
