Preston Edward Lawson, infant son of Jeff and Kim Davis Lawson of Jeffersonville, Kentucky, joined the Heavenly Angels at birth August 18, 2012, at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling. In addition to his parents, Preston is survived by two brothers, Seth and Trevor Lawson and paternal grandmother, Minnie Brooks, all of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; and maternal grandparents, James Davis of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and Mary Davis of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preston was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Earl Ray Lawson. Private services will be conducted at 5 p.m. Monday, August 20, 2012, at New Cut Road Pentecostal Church with ministers Randy Wilder, Paul Henderson, Jimmy Parks and Chad Curran officiating. Burial will follow in the Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery. Pallbearers: Wesley Lawson, Bryan Davis, Mitcheal Henderson, and Bobby Henderson. Honorary pallbearers: Garry Lawson, Greg Lawson, Kevin Lawson, Earl Lawson, Jr., James Davis, Anthony Davis, Tim Agee, and Matthew Jamison. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, Morehead, Kentucky.
