Phillip Issac Waddell, age 36, of Garvin Ridge Road, Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012, at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky, after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born January 29, 1976, in Rowan County, Kentucky, and is the son of Raymond Meredith and Connie Sue Haney Waddell of Olive Hill, Kentucky. In addition to his parents, Phillip is survived by his wife Misty Conn Waddell; two sons that he deeply loved, Garrett Waddell and Jacob Waddell; one brother, Raymond Waddell, Jr. of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one sister, Lanetta Winkleman and husband Richard of Morehead, Kentucky; two nieces, Madison Winkleman and Chloe Waddell; one nephew, Morgan Waddell; and other family members and friends. Phillip was a self-employed mechanic and former employee of Gene Brown-s Service Center. He enjoyed fixing up his home, listening to music, and especially spending time with his children and family. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Daniel Long officiating. Burial will follow in Merida Waddell Cemetery. Pallbearers: Richard Winkleman, Eric Winkleman, James Lee Conn, Raymond Waddell, Jr., Timmy Conn, James David Conn, and Adam Ray Holbrook.
