Philip Morelan Fraley, age 43, of U.S. 60 East, Morehead, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born January 8, 1974, in Morehead, he is the son of Lana Stevens Fraley of Morehead and Pastor Philip Wayne Fraley, who passed away December 15, 2013. In addition to his mother, he also leaves one son, Philip Jayben Fraley, and two daughters, Torianna Lanise Fraley and MorliJo NeiShann Fraley and their mother, Vicki Fraley, all of Morehead; numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends. He loved spending time with his children and other family and friends. Philip graduated from RCSHS in 1992 and attended Rowan County Vocational School. He became a skilled machinist and worked at Morehead Machining Inc. until he became disabled from an accident in 2008. He loved watching the U.K. Wildcats play basketball, drinking Ale-8-One, and when he was able, competing in different types of sports. Philip was a very kind and compassionate person. He will be lovingly remembered. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Randy Williams, Bro. Bodie Stevens, and Bro. Jay Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in Fraley Cemetery on Poppy Mountain. First cousins Ron Cooley, Rob Cooley, Shane Stevens, Taylor Stevens, Jon Martin, Casey Stevens, Michael Francis, Junell Lyons and Miranda Roe will serve as active pallbearers; other first cousins will serve as honorary pallbearers.
