Penny Christine Dailey McGuire, age 58, of Morehead, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. She passed peacefully at her home from an extended illness.

Born October 26, 1961, in Mt. Sterling, Penny was the daughter of the late Rosa Dailey Sailors Porter and James Sailors.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Vernon Paul, Billy Joe, Audrey Harold "Bud", and Ira (Junior) Dailey.

Penny is survived by four brothers, Estill Dailey and Donnie Dailey, both of Georgia, Larry Dailey of Morehead, and Timothy (Linda) Dailey of Ashland, and three sisters, Shirley (James) Flynn of Indiana, Brenda (Curtis) Brown of Ohio, and Elaine (Scott) Cummins of Flemingsburg.

She is also survived by her former husband, William McGuire of Morehead, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Penny loved shopping and visiting her neighbors.  She had a love for life and despite her illness she always had a positive outlook.  Penny will be missed by all who knew her.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.

Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
