Born October 5, 1948, in Bath County, Kentucky, Peggy was the daughter of the late Jess Jones and Stella Carter Jones. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Vernon Jones, and one sister, Winston Arnett.

Peggy was a devoted Christian, homemaker, mother, and grandmother who loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered with love.
