Pearl Freda Gee Clark, age 85, of Olive Hill, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017, at her residence. Born November 8, 1931, at Enterprise, in Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Andy and Nano Estelle Underwood Gee. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard Clark; a daughter, Linda Sue Clark; a sister, Betty McDaniel; and six brothers, Louie, Eugene, Daniel, Vaniel, Tennis, and Roy Gee. Mrs. Clark is survived by one daughter, Sheila Clark Whitt of Morehead; one brother, Phillip Michael Gee of Newton Falls, Ohio; one sister, Ruby Schramm of Wilmington, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was a homemaker and enjoyed flowers and gardening. She was of the Christian faith. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Pastor Jared DeAtley officiating. Burial will follow in Gee Cemetery on Mocabee Creek. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
