Paul Vinson Harr, age 85, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away Saturday evening, February 10, 2024. at Evergreen Manor in Montpelier, Ohio. Prior to his retirement, Paul had worked in West Unity for many years and also as a handyman.

Paul was born in Ellottville, Kentucky, on January 15, 1939, the son of Emery and Thelma (Scaggs) Harr. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He enjoyed working on cars and helping people with projects.

Surviving are three brothers, Dennis Harr of Stryker, Ohio, Danny (Linda) Harr of Stuart, Florida, and Harold Harr, also of Stuart, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents; five brothers, Richard, Vernon, William, Michael and Randy; and two sisters, Sandra and Frances.

Visitation for Paul will be held at Northcutt and Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Dr., Morehead, Kentucky 40351, on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 3 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. with Pastor Joey Damron officiating. Burial will follow in the Scaggs-Harr Cemetery with military honors presented by Morehead American Legion Post 126.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
