Paul 'Putt' Gardner, age 50, of Watson Road, Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at his residence. Born August 3, 1964 in Mt. Sterling, he was the son of the late Harlan 'Windy' Gardner and Sadie Ann Purvis Gardner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy Wayne Gardner. He is survived by one son, Andrew Paul Gardner and wife Michelle of Hillsboro; his companion of several years, Melissa Mae 'Lisa' Curtis Gardner of Hillsboro; two sisters, Bertha Ann Gardner of Flemingsburg and Geneva 'Petey' Hatton of Richmond; two granddaughters, Heaven Drew Gardner and Harley Mae Gardner, both of Flemingsburg; and many friends.
