Patsy Reed Adams, age 67, of Morehead, Kentucky, formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. She was born November 15, 1946, in Elsie, Kentucky, to the late Rube and Una Mae Vanover Reed. Survivors include two sons: Russell (Paula) Adams of Hillsboro, Kentucky, and Kevin Todd (Tina) Adams of Salt Lick, Kentucky, and seven grandchildren: Kevin Ryan Adams, Jessica Nicole Adams, Taylor Mishae Adams, Madison Paige Adams, Jordan David Adams, Charles Colton Adams, and Rodney Allen Easterling. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Yondale Lynn Adams, and one sister, Aileen Reed Arnett. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014, at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Patrick Lovely Cemetery at Johnson Fork, Kentucky.
