Patricia A. -Trish- Wagner, age 64, of Tampa, Florida, formerly of Rowan County, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011, at Arbors in Gallipolis, Ohio. Born October 24, 1946, in Rowan County, Kentucky, she is the daughter of the late Avanell Brown. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Charles Brown.Trish is survived by two sons, Lowell Brown, Jr. and wife Peggy of Morehead, Kentucky, and Brian T. Brown of Bidwell, Ohio; one daughter, Cheryl McMillen of Seffner, Florida; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
