Pamela "Pammy" Frances Charles, age 62, of South Lick Road, Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Pioneer Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Flemingsburg.

Born March 24, 1963, in Fleming County, she was a daughter of the late Clyde Edward Charles and Florrey Alice Pugh Charles.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two nephews, Ricky Edward Charles and Anthony Allen Wallace.

Pamela is survived by four sisters, Vincetta "Lynn" Charles of Fleming County, Kimberly Kaye Tindle, of Grayson, Deborah Layne Mimbs (Charles Randy), and Marla Joy Duncan, all of Fleming County; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.

Pamela enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be remembered with love and greatly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2025, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Harley Sexton, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Wooley Cemetery.

Pallbearers:  Shane Whitt, Lonnie Whitt, Steven Collins, Jonathan Maze, Jayden Edmond, and Jimmy Wallace.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 pm. Monday, July 21, 2025, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
