Neval Scott Snedegar, age 77, of Story Branch Road, Hillsboro, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013, at Georgetown Community Hospital in Georgetown, Kentucky. He was born July 9, 1935, in Fleming County, Kentucky, a son of the late Gilbert Clinton and Lela Frances Pickrell Snedegar. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gerald Lane Snedegar and Michael Cordell Snedegar. He is survived by five brothers, Merle Dean Snedegar, Bobby Mitchell Snedegar, Gary Lee Snedegar and wife JoAnn, Terry Lynn 'Ike' Snedegar, and Danny Brooks Snedegar, all of Hillsboro, Kentucky; two sisters, Jackie Adams and husband Dennie and Carolyn Jean Snedegar, also of Hillsboro, as well as nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. Scott had been a farmer most of his life. He enjoyed all of nature, country music, the New York Yankees and the Kentucky Wildcats. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2013, at the Hutton Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Engle officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers: Roland Rawlings, William Thompson, Barry Thompson, Donnie 'Hot Shot' Fawns, David Smoot, Joe Kerns, Anthony Horton and Dennie Adams.
