Nancy Jane McCarty Reffitt, age 79, of Heritage Place, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 16, 2009, at the Life Care Center in Morehead, Kentucky. She was born February 15, 1930, in Montgomery County, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Morris and Grace Armstrong McCarty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack McCarty and Winfred McCarty. Her husband, Arnold -Red- Reffitt, passed away in March 2003. She is survived by one son, Mickey Reffitt and wife Elizabeth of Morehead, Kentucky. Mrs. Reffitt was a homemaker.
