Myra Reel Huesman, age 54, of Clinton Drive, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at her residence. Born February 8, 1957, in Harlan, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy Raymond and Joyce Lee Pryor Reel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David L. Huesman, on July 5, 1995. She is survived by one son, David Richard Huesman and wife Robin of LaGrange, Kentucky; one daughter, Melanie Rachel Huesman-Booth and husband Jerrmi of Morehead, Kentucky; one brother, Nick Reel of Paint Lick, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Lane and Kinley Huesman; and several nieces, nephews, and other family members. Myra was a graduate of Harlan Independent High School and the University of Kentucky. She was a receptionist for the Kentucky Eye Institute, a member of the Kentucky Amateur Professional Photographers Association, and a former member of the Bath County Rescue Squad. Myra enjoyed nature of the outdoors, photography, geocaching, and music. Memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Jerrmi Booth officiating. Honorary pallbearers: Charlie Perry, James Brady, Jimmy Brady, Jon Bowman, Zach Jones, Wendell Booth, Sr., and Dave Huesman.
