Mitchell Ray Kidd, age 42, of Rice Lane, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at his residence.

Born December 30, 1981, in Mt. Sterling, he is the son of Patti Jean Curtis Kidd of Morehead and the late Hearl Kidd.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Mitchell Ray Kidd, Jr. of Morehead, and Jax Kidd of Sharpsburg; one daughter, Tiara M'Shay Kidd of Sharpsburg; and the mother of his children, Tina Kidd of Sharpsburg.

Other survivors include one brother, Mark Curtis of Clearfield; one sister, Alisha Driggers of South Carolina; one niece, Summer Moore; two nephews, Jacob Moore and Kayden Driggers; and other extended family and friends.

Mitchell was a self-employed laborer and enjoyed carpentry, working on cars, playing x-box, and watching movies.  He was a beloved son, brother and father who will be greatly missed and remembered with love.

A gathering for family and friends will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday,

June 29, 2024, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Robert Kidd officiating.
