Minnie Fugett Hill, age 83, formerly of Morehead, KY died at the Hilltop Lodge in Owingsville. KY on May 5, 2011. She was born in Scott County, KY on October 24, 1927, to the late Buford and Bertha (Frazier) Fugett. She graduated from Morehead State University and later received her Master of Education Degree from the University of South Florida. She taught school in the Rowan County School system for seven years before moving to Floral City, Florida, where she taught an additional twenty years in the Citrus County School System. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Reverend Leroy Hill, on October 22, 2010. Mrs. Hill is survived by 3 sons, Michael (Barbara) Hill, Flemingsburg, KY; Neil (Terri) Hill, Dunnellon, FL; David Hill, Inverness, FL; 2 daughters, Martha (Rollin) Sutfin, Tarpon Springs, FL; Mary (Larry) Highley, Owingsville, KY; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Reverend Guy McKenzie and Reverend Bush Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Terrence Hill, Ryan Hill, Trent Hill, Ben Hill, David Lamar, and Kevin Highley.
