Mildred Luzane -Millie- Stegall Williams, age 65, of Seas Branch Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Born March 12, 1945, in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Arnold G. and Ruby Jewell Winkleman Stegall. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Wanda June Stegall. Also, her beloved daughter, Pamela Lou Williams Fultz, passed away August 3, 2001. Millie is survived by her husband, Ray Williams, whom she wed June 29, 1962; two sons, Ricky Joe Williams and wife Lucy and Anthony Williams and wife Pepper, all of Morehead, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Matthew, Brandis, Jordyn, Jacob, Aspyn, and Canyon; and four great grandchildren. Other survivors include one brother, David -Dickie- Stegall and wife Sandie of Morehead, Kentucky; two sisters, Eleanor Mae Webb of Dayton, Ohio, and Patricia Lambert and husband Larry of Morehead, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; other loving family members and many dear friends. Millie retired in 2005 from the Rowan County ASCS office after twenty years of service as a Program Analyst. She loved gardening, flowers, and spending time with her grandchildren. Millie was a member of the Elliottville Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, December 4, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Tim Rhodes and Pastor Willie Sturgill officiating. Burial will follow in New Sill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Fultz, Zach McClurg, Randy Johnson, Jackie Carter, Ronnie Lee Webb, David Stegall.
