Mildred F. Christian Williams, age 90, of Christy Creek Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at the Life Care Center in Morehead, Kentucky. She was born July 7, 1921, in Rowan County, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late William Moses Christian and Anna Rebecca Lambert Christian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny and Henry Christian; one sister, Ida Fultz; one granddaughter, Pamela Lou Williams Fultz; one daughter-in-law, Millie Stegall Williams; and one son-in-law, Adrian Sergent. Mrs. Williams- husband of 46 years, Will Emory Williams, passed away November 17, 1986. She is survived by two sons, Burl Williams and wife Sandi, and Ray Williams, all of Morehead, Kentucky; one daughter, Marlene Sergent of Morehead, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Darrell Sergent, Rick Williams, Danah Easton, Jeff Williams, and Anthony Williams; ten great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and a retired cook for Rowan County High School. She enjoyed mowing her yard, gardening, and attending church. She was a member of the Brinegar Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Louie Harris and Assistant Pastor Victor Mabry officiating. Burial will follow in the New Sill Cemetery. Pallbearers: Darrell Sergent, Rick Williams, Jeff Williams, Anthony Williams, Marvin Kidd, Arthur Cox, and Brian Easton.
