Michael Joe Plank, age 49, of Cranston Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2010, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.He was born August 6, 1960, in Portsmouth, Ohio, and is the son of Billy Joe and Berchie Stamm Plank of Morehead, Kentucky.In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Mona Lisa Burton Plank; one son, Michael Scott Plank, and one daughter, Mika Jade Plank, both of Morehead; two brothers, Keith Plank of Morehead, and Joey Plank and his wife Brandi of Owingsville, Kentucky; one niece, Hannah Plank; one nephew, Isaiah Plank; and several aunts and uncles. Michael was a landscaper and former employee of Guardian and Asplund Tree Trimming. He was baptized into the Adams-Plank Enterprise Baptist Church.Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Carlos Bowman and the Rev. Cecil Ison officiating. Burial will follow in the Adams-Plank Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gary Plank, Donnie Plank, Jackie Plank, Dallas Plank, Rodney Plank, Nick Plank, Bobby Stamm, and Nathan Plank.Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
