Michael Allen Eldridge, age 55, of Jones Ridge, Morehead, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017, at U. K. Medical Center in Lexington. Born July 12, 1961, in Springfield, Ohio, he was the son of the late J. C. and Ruby Butler Eldridge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jackie 'Spook' Butler, who passed away December 27, 2012, and one grandson, Elijah Eldridge in 2016. Michael is survived by his wife, Sheila Craig Eldridge; three sons, Raymond Rudy of Ripley, Ohio, Allen (Samantha) Eldridge of Mt. Sterling, and Kenneth Eldridge of Ashland; one daughter, Holly Eldridge of Olive Hill; and seven grandchildren. Other survivors include one brother, Randy Eldridge of Dayton, Ohio; five sisters, Beverly Kynett of Fairborn, Ohio, Barbara Schuler of New Vienna, Ohio, Deborah Charlebois of Dayton, Ohio, Melissa Wedderburn of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and Rhonda Combs of Dayton, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. He was a carpenter and a former employee of Harold White Lumber Company. Graveside services will be conducted 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Brown Cemetery with Brother Gerald Saunders officiating. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Eldridge, Allen Eldridge, Raymond Rudy, James Skaggs, Ray White and Lee White.
