Melody Josephine Conley, age 48, of Heritage Place, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at her home. Born July 18, 1964, in Morgan County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Hershell B. and Virginia Jo Brown Conley. Melody is survived by two daughters, Virginia Rose Conley Fraley and husband Joshua Allen of Morehead, Kentucky, and Cassandra Hope McGuire Perkins and husband Justin, of Clearfield, Kentucky; three sisters, LaWanna Denise Conley of Clearfield, Kentucky, Pamela Dawn Conley Brown and husband Ricky of Morehead, Kentucky, and Tammy Sue Conley Evans and husband Gregory of Salt Lick, Kentucky; six grandsons, Camerin, Landin, Aydin, and Braedin Fraley, and Kolton and Dillon Perkins; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends, including special friends, Mike and Eva Gamble, Tammy and Jim Hamric, and KaiLa Donahue.. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, painting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor David Gifford officiating. Burial will follow in the Clearfield Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joshua Hackney, James Hackney, Justin Caudill, Joshua Fraley, Mark Wayne Donahue, Jeff Weaver, and Ricky Brown.
