Matthew Tyler 'Matt' Brewer, 22, of Old Hilda Road, Morehead, was born October 21, 1993, in Mt. Sterling and passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at his residence. Matt is survived by his mother, Tammy Reynolds Brewer Ori and his stepfather, Zoltan Ori of Morehead; a brother, Garrett Reece Brewer and his wife Sarah of Clarksville, Tennessee; and paternal grandfather, Carl D. Brewer, Sr., and his wife Vicki, of Findlay, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl D. Brewer, Jr.; paternal grandmother, Patricia Richards Brewer; and maternal grandparents, Jettie A. Reynolds and Opal Nichols Reynolds Williams. Matt graduated from Rowan County Senior High School in 2012 and received an Associate Degree from Maysville Community and Technical College in Morehead. He was a former welder at Bryant's Sheet Metal, Inc., in Lexington. An avid outdoorsman, Matt enjoyed hunting, fishing, and ginsenging. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
