Mary Haze Stanfield Hatton, age 87, of Timberwood Trail, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2008, at Colonial Nursing Home in Bardstown, Kentucky. She was born March 15, 1921, in Bourbon County, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Ollie Morton Stanfield and Malveria Ann Bellamy Stanfield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by ten brothers and two sisters. On August 22, 1942, she wed Kenneth Allender Hatton, who passed away June 12, 2001, after nearly sixty years of marriage. She is survived by four children and their spouses, Stephen Hatton of Lexington, Kentucky; Patsy and Ed Olson of Grayson, Kentucky; Martha and Mark Humphrey of Rush, Kentucky; and Daniel Lynn and Martha Lee Hatton of Bardstown, Kentucky; 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; one brother, Linville Stanfield and his wife Pearl of Kerrsville, North Carolina; and brother-in-law W. C. -Crutcher- Hatton and his wife Elsa of Copperas Cove, Texas. Mrs. Hatton was a former employee of Hobbs in Versailles, Kentucky, and a former member of the Kentucky Colonials Camping Club and the National Campers and Hikers Club. She was a member of Farmers Christian Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation is after 6 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2008, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Visitation: Monday, May 12, 2008, after 6 p.m. Funeral: Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at 3 p.m. Interment: Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens
