Obituary

Mary Louise Hall Stone, age 77, of Willow Drive, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, July 2, 2007, at her residence. She was born September 26, 1929, in Huntington, West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Walden McCue Hall and Winnie Winona Wyoma Stover Hall. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Orman Hall. Her husband, Richard Thomas -Dick- Stone, preceded her in death on July 21, 1994. She is survived by three sons, Wally (Saundra) Stone, Rick (Janie) Stone, and David Stone, all of Morehead, Kentucky; one daughter, Sue (Bob) Patrick of Frankfort, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Christopher Lowe, Wesley Stone, Derek Stone, Jessica Stone, Aron Patrick, Amber Smith, Emily Stone, Sara Stone, and Kacy Stone; and four great-grandchildren, Brayden Smith, Carter Jacob Lowe, Kenlie Smith, and Ella Grace Lowe. She was a 1947 graduate of Vinson High School in Huntington, West Virginia, where she served as class secretary and was in the band. She was also a graduate of the Wiseman Business School in Huntington, West Virginia. Mrs. Stone retired from the Citizens Bank where she had been a branch teller for ten years. She had served as an election officer, owned several rental properties, and was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2007, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Rick Stone and the Rev. Brad Bennington officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Christopher Lowe, Derek Stone, Wesley Stone, Aron Patrick, Thomas Bintz, and Orman Hall. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2007, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Visitation: Thursday, July 5, 2007, after 5 p.m. Funeral: Friday, July 6, 2007, at 11 a.m. Interment: Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens
