Mary Jane Burge Dickerson, age 65, of State Hwy. 174, Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2012, at her residence. Born January 21, 1947, in Carter County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Edith Meadows Burge Stafford of Columbus, Ohio, and the late Villard Burge. Janie is also survived by her husband, Robert E. Dickerson, whom she married February 19, 1966; five sons, Aaron Scott Dickerson of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Nathan Ty Dickerson and wife Carolyn of Columbus, Ohio, Robert Chad Dickerson and Daniel Corey Dickerson, both of Morehead, Kentucky, and Timothy Andrew Dickerson of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one daughter, Kelcey Dawn Dickerson and fianc- Virgil of Morehead, Kentucky; one sister, Brenda Tooter of Columbus, Ohio; and 14 grandchildren. An infant son, Phillip Dickerson, passed away at birth in 1975. Mrs. Dickerson was a homemaker and former nurse-s aide in Newark, Ohio. She was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah-s Witnesses. Services will be conducted 3 p.m. Monday, September 3, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Joe Gay officiating. Burial will be next to her father in the Fannin Cemetery in Lewis County, Kentucky. Pallbearers: Daniel Dickerson, Tim Dickerson, Virgil Baisden, Aaron Gay, Shawn McCarty, Pete McCarty. Honorary pallbearers: Aaron Dickerson, Sr., Chad Dickerson, Little A. Dickerson. Visitation is 5 p.m. Sunday, September 2, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, Morehead, Kentucky. Visitation: Sunday, September 2, 2012, after 5 p.m. Funeral: Monday, September 3, 2012, at 3 p.m. Interment: Fannin Cemetery, Lewis County, KY
