Mary Louise Baggett, 91, of Christy Creek Road, Morehead, Kentucky, formerly of Casper, Wyoming, passed away peacefully at home April 5, 2012, with family by her side. She was born March 11, 1921, in Minitaire, Nebraska, daughter of Burton E. and Notie L. Cope Trotter. She moved with her family to Sundance, Wyoming, where she graduated from Sundance High School and later taught at a country school near Beulah, Wyoming. After marrying her husband, Howard T. Baggett, they also lived in Montana, Utah, Colorado, and California. Mr. Baggett passed away in 1986. Mrs. Baggett moved to Kentucky with her daughter in 2005. Mrs. Baggett was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She kept a beautiful home and was a wonderful cook and talented seamstress. She enjoyed playing the piano and was active in her church. She is survived by her son, Daniel Baggett and wife Vicki of Sandy, Utah; her daughter, Vicki Sonsoucie; two grandchildren, Alexa Clark and Allen Kidd; and two great grandchildren, Brielle and Kaitlyn, all of Morehead, Kentucky. She is also survived by her brother, John F. Trotter and wife Colleen of Casper, Wyoming, and sister, Lois Yachym of Westminster, Colorado. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, Morehead, KY. Visitation: Private services.
