Marjorie Mardis Hager, age 55, of Pine Ridge Drive, Morehead, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born January 19, 1959, in Kenton County, she was the daughter of the late John Mardis and Judy Gronefeld Mardis. Margie is survived by her husband, Jackie Hager; two daughters, Alicia Blanton and husband Samuel and Crystal Skaggs and husband Robert, all of Morehead; one son, Kenny Hager of Lexington; three grandchildren, Alyssia Skaggs, Landon Hager, and Kennedy Hager; and stepmother, Helen Mabry Mardis of Kenton County. Other survivors include two sisters, Dixie Webber and Debbie Mardis of Kenton County; five brothers; Johnny Dale Mardis, Jamie Mardis, Stevie Mardis, all of Kenton County, Billy Dennis of Missouri, and Jimmie Dennis of Elsmere; nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends. Margie was a former secretary in Kenton County and enjoyed spending time with her family. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Raymond Vancleve and Brother Randall Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Mabry Cemetery on Cranston Road. Pallbearers: Robert Skaggs, Samuel Blanton, Kenny Hager, Joey Hager, Norman Rowe, Emerson Williams, and David Skaggs. Visitation is 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehea Visitation: Tuesday, March 4, 2014, from 10 a,m. - 1 p.m. Funeral: Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at 1 p.m. Interment: Mabry Cemetery, Cranston Road
