Marion Willodean Collins Perry, age 84, of Pretty Ridge, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Friday, December 18, 2009, at her home. She was born July 23, 1925, in Morgan County, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Morton and Bessie Elam Collins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Perry, on October 29, 1996; one son, Frederick Lee Perry; one sister, Elizabeth Endgall; and one brother, Kelly Collins. Mrs. Perry is survived by one daughter, Valerie Skaggs and husband Donnie of Morehead, Kentucky; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Blanche Black of West Liberty, Kentucky, Amy Jo Morrison of Ashland, Kentucky, and Judy Davis of Midway, Georgia, and one brother, Stanley Collins of West Liberty, Kentucky. Mrs. Perry was a homemaker and of the protestant faith. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, December 21. 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Herbert Ray Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in New Alfrey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Lee Hughes, Jack Hughes, Neal Morton, Donald Skaggs, Steve Perry, and Dennis Perry.
