Obituary

Margie Lee Gregory Branham, age 85, of Maxey Flat Road, Hillsboro, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at the Life Care Center in Morehead, Kentucky. Born January 15, 1928, in Rowan County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late James Matthew and Mary Tennie Caudill Gregory. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Lloyd, Dorsie, Sam, and Charles Gregory, and four sisters, Olive Harris, Lena Eldridge, Elsie Black, and Delphia Cox. Her husband, Hiram Lee Branham, passed away January 13, 1996. Mrs. Branham is survived by one daughter, Luvena Kay Strode and husband Harold of Hillsboro, Kentucky; two grandsons, Harold Wayne Strode of Wallingford, Kentucky, and Darby Strode of Hillsboro, Kentucky; one sister and brother-in-law, Beatrice and Elbert Cox of Hillsboro, Kentucky; three brothers and sisters-in-laws, Lonnie and Hester Gregory of Morehead, Kentucky, Willie and Nancy Gregory, and Larry and Bonita Gregory, all of Hillsboro, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Branham was a homemaker and member of Little Mary Church. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013, at Little Mary Church on Maxey Flat Road, Hillsboro, Kentucky, with Elder Lonnie Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in Little Mary Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jimmy Cox, Jackie Branham, David Cox, Darwin Gregory, Rodney Gregory, Dewayne Gregory, Harold Wayne Strode, and Darby Strode Visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. Visitation: Friday, July 26, 2013, after 5 p.m. at Northcutt & Son Funeral: Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Little Mary Church Interment: Little Mary Cemetery
