Obituary

Margaret Marie Riddle Kissick Herrington, age 65, of Old Flemingsburg Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away February 11, 2011, at her residence. She was born April 2, 1945, in Muncie, Indiana, and was the daughter of the late Allie and Gertrude Jent Riddle. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Herman Riddle and Bobby Riddle, and one granddaughter, Heather Renee Kilgore Johnson. Margaret is survived by her companion of 50 years and the father of her children, Nelson Kissick of Morehead, Kentucky; two daughters, Mary (Jeffery) Quesinberry of Morehead, Kentucky, and Vicky (Joe) Kilgore of Vanceburg, Kentucky; one son, Michael Riddle of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Amanda, Alyssa, Joshua, Shawn, and Bobby; and 3 great grandchildren, Heather, Allison, and Jase. Also surviving are five sisters, Jenny Lambert of Citrus Springs, Florida, Gloria Branham of Morehead, Kentucky, Betty Jones of Carlisle, Kentucky, Lucille Riddle of Morehead, Kentucky, and Phyllis Logston of New Castle, Indiana; two brothers, William Riddle of Morehead, Kentucky, and Roy Riddle of Florida; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret was a homemaker who dearly loved her family and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed working in her flowers and keeping her lawn looking beautiful. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Todd Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Monday, February 14, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Visitation: Monday, February 14, 2011, after 5 p.m. Funeral: Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 1 p.m. Interment: Walnut Grove Cemetery, Olive Hill, Kentucky
