Madisyn Ismaelah Meeks, beloved daughter of Brianah Carr of Clearfield and Jacob Meeks of Jeffersonville, was born Monday, February 3, 2020, and joined the Heavenly Angels on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at U. K. HealthCare in Lexington.

Besides her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Marsha Carr of Clearfield and Mark Carr of Salt Lick; paternal grandparents, Rex and Annetta Meeks of Jeffersonville; maternal great grandmothers, Rebecca Mullins of Nicholasville and Linda Carr of Salt Lick; maternal great grandfather, Jim Harris of Florida; and a host of aunts, uncles, and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Alberta "Birdie" Meeks, and an uncle, Carlos Hall.

A memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Daniel Lucas officiating.  Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation for infant Madisyn Meeks will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
