M. Elizabeth O-Dell, 89, a resident of Morehead, KY, died Friday, June 13, 2008, after a long illness. Before moving to Morehead in 2004 to be close to her family, she had lived in Palm City, FL, for nearly twenty years, having moved there from Lexington, KY, and had previously resided in Charleston, WV and Louisville, KY. She was a graduate of Stephens College, Columbia, MO, and served at the Station Hospital, Fort Knox, KY, during WW II. Survivors include a son, Gary O-Dell, of Morehead, KY; a daughter, Patricia Lowdermilk, Anchorage, AK; three grandsons, five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2008, at The Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, KY, with Father Paul Prabell officiating.
