Obituary

Lyndon Ray Perry, age 67, of Stan Branch, Grayson, passed away Friday, December 15, 2023, at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.

Born November 3, 1956, in Dearborn, Michigan, he was the son of the late Roderick and Clela Wallace Perry.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Perry and Richard Perry.

Lyndon is survived by his wife, Conie Hamilton Perry; one daughter, Raychel Perry-Jones of Greenup; and one grandchild, Emmitt Walker. He also leaves behind one brother, Larry Perry and his wife Aileen of West Liberty, extended family, including his church family, and many friends.

He had been a bus driver for both the Rowan County and the Carter County school systems.  He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, playing ball and other sports, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  Lyndon was a faithful member of the Charity Freewill Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.  He will be sadly missed and remembered as a good Christian man and a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to all.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Robert Kidd officiating.  Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Monday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351
